Congratulates Frank Maloney on his retirement as ticket operations director of the Chicago Cubs after 29 seasons in the ticket office.

Recognizes Maloney's prior career as assistant football coach at University of Michigan (1968-1973), head coach at Syracuse University (1974-1980), and head coach at Mt. Carmel High School (1963-1967).

Credits Maloney with overseeing 9 single-season attendance records at Wrigley Field, including the first 2-million fan season in 1984 and first 3-million fan season in 2004.

Notes Maloney achieved 7 consecutive seasons with 3 million fans at Wrigley Field starting in 2004, making the Cubs one of only 5 organizations to reach that milestone in consecutive years.

Directs presentation of a suitable copy of the resolution to Maloney and notes he will serve as a consultant for the Chicago Cubs during the 2011 season.
