Congratulates the Scales Mound High School Lady Hornets volleyball team on their exceptional season and performance at the IHSA Class 1A State Tournament.

Team finished as runner-up after losing to Heyworth 26-24 in a tie-breaker championship match, following a 25-22 first-game victory and 18-25 second-game loss.

Recognizes this achievement as the school's biggest trophy in history, earned through victories at the Oregon tournament and subsequent state tournament competitions.

Names nine team members: Stephanie Jerry, Ashley Brant, Alex Korte, Lauren Winter, Nicole Winter, Whitney Kieffer, Emily Stier, Courtney Busch, and Nikki DuBord, along with head coach Angie Winter, assistant coaches Keri Werner, Hannah Wiegel, and Joy Ertmer, and team manager Alison Hillary.

Directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to head coach Angie Winter as a symbol of the House's esteem and respect.
