Dr. McClallen serves as Chief of Staff and Chair of the Medical Executive Committee at St. Joseph Memorial Hospital in Murphysboro, where he is Director of Emergency Medicine

Recognizes his educational background as a 1977 honors graduate of the University of Illinois and graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, with residency training in Emergency Medicine

Acknowledges his extensive professional service including roles as past Associate Clinical Professor at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Illinois Osteopathic Medical Society District 5 Trustee, and Vice President of the American Osteopathic Association House of Delegates in 2008-2009

Directs the Illinois House of Representatives to present Dr. McClallen with a suitable copy of this resolution as a symbol of respect and esteem
