Congratulates Rebecca Hatcher, a senior at Oswego East High School, on her 7th place finish in the 100-yard butterfly event at the 2010 IHSA State Meet.

Recognizes Hatcher holds school records in the 100-yard butterfly, 200-yard medley relay, and 200-yard free relay events.

Notes Hatcher is a 4-time varsity letter winner, 4-time State qualifier, 4-time all-conference champion, All-State designee, and 2-time All-American.

Directs the Illinois House of Representatives to present a suitable copy of the resolution to Hatcher as a symbol of esteem and respect.
