Congratulates State Representative Paul Froehlich on his retirement after eight years of dedicated service to Illinois and the 56th District, which includes Bloomingdale, Elk Grove, Hanover Park, Hoffman Estates, Rolling Meadows, Roselle, and Schaumburg.

Recognizes Froehlich's prior service on the District 54 Board of Education (1989-1993), as a Schaumburg Township School Trustee (1997-1998), and as Schaumburg Township Assessor (2002-2004).
