Department of Central Management Services shall develop and implement programs in cooperation with Department of Human Services, Department of Employment Security, and other state agencies to increase hiring of qualified employees with disabilities in state government positions.

Programs shall prioritize hiring people with disabilities for specific job titles for which they have been assessed and passed qualification requirements.

Department of Central Management Services and Department of Human Services must submit annual reports to the Governor and General Assembly on actions taken to increase disabled employee hiring.

Department of Human Services shall collect information from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010 on Work Opportunity Tax Credit claims, including the number of employers claiming the credit, amounts claimed, and employer size (small business with fewer than 16 employees or less than $3 million annual sales, or large business).

Department of Human Services must cooperate with Department of Revenue, Department of Employment Security, and other state agencies to gather tax credit information and submit annual reports to the Governor and General Assembly.
