Amends Section 3-5 of the Use Tax Act to make a technical correction by removing a duplicate instance of the word "the" in the exemptions section.

The correction changes "is exempt from the the tax imposed by this Act" to "is exempt from the tax imposed by this Act" for clarity and proper grammar.

Makes no substantive changes to existing use tax exemptions or their scope of application.
