• Increases amount on page 1, line 20 from $39,794,600 to $44,443,200
• Decreases appropriation on page 2, line 10 from $5,300,000 to $4,300,000
• Increases total on page 2, line 11 from $739,669,700 to $751,247,200
• Appropriates $16,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the University of Illinois Board of Trustees for operating costs of the Institute of Natural Resource Sustainability, per Public Act 95-728
