Amends the Elder Abuse and Neglect Act to expand the definition of "mandated reporter" to include bank, savings and loan, and credit union officers, trustees, and employees.

Adds ambulatory currency exchanges and community currency exchanges (as defined in the Currency Exchange Act), and their employees, to the list of mandated reporters.

Mandated reporters are required to report suspected elder abuse, neglect, financial exploitation, or self-neglect while engaged in carrying out their professional duties.

Creates obligations for financial institutions and currency exchange businesses to identify and report potential elder abuse or financial exploitation to appropriate authorities.
