IL SB1754

Amends the Riverboat Gambling Act to redirect 2% of adjusted gross receipts from specific riverboats from Chicago State University to the State Universities Athletic Capital Improvement Fund.

Applies to riverboats that either relocate pursuant to Section 11.2 or receive owners licenses initially issued after June 25, 1999.

Redirects funds after payments have been made to local governments, Department of Revenue, Department of State Police, Department of Human Services, Horse Racing Equity Fund, and home rule counties.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
