Appropriates $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for a grant to CommunityHealth

Increases the number of individuals served by 15% (from 7,360 to 8,500) and medical visits by 17% (from 20,600 to 24,000)

Expands on-site specialty services by 19% (from 24 to 28) and increases on-site training programs by 63% (from 8 to 13)

Requires opening a satellite site on the south side of Chicago
