Amends the Public Safety Employee Benefits Act to require employers to pay full health insurance premiums for law enforcement, correctional, and firefighter employees who suffer catastrophic injury or are killed in the line of duty, covering the injured employee, spouse, and dependent children.

Changes the standard for premium reduction from "payable" to "available" health insurance benefits from other sources, meaning benefits available through other coverage shall reduce employer-paid benefits.

Requires injured employees to notify their employer of new employment with available group health insurance, group health insurance through a spouse's employment, and to accept available group health insurance plans from either the employee's or spouse's new employment.

Makes it a Class A misdemeanor to fraudulently obtain health insurance coverage under this section, with convicted individuals forfeiting benefits and required to reimburse the employer for all benefits paid.

Extends coverage to surviving spouses until remarriage and dependent children under conditions specified in the statute, while preserving other eligible health insurance coverage and pension benefits.
