Appropriates $4,337,700 in federal funds for the Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009.

Allocates $1,837,700 for operational expenses including personal services ($798,200), state retirement contributions ($90,600), social security ($61,100), group insurance ($222,600), contractual services ($469,700), and various other operational costs.

Appropriates $2,500,000 for awards and grants to community agencies and other state agencies.

Becomes effective July 1, 2009.
