Appropriates $13,659,300 in funding for the Law Enforcement Training Standards Board for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009.

Allocates $2,689,600 from the Traffic and Criminal Conviction Surcharge Fund for operations including personal services ($1,520,500), retirement contributions ($172,600), social security ($116,300), group insurance ($355,000), and other administrative costs.

Appropriates $97,000 from the Police Training Board Services Fund for law enforcement training under the Law Enforcement Intern Training Act.

Appropriates $388,000 from the Death Certificate Surcharge Fund for death investigation services under the Vital Records Act.

Appropriates $10,387,700 from the Traffic and Criminal Conviction Surcharge Fund for grants-in-aid to reimburse training and training services in accordance with statutory provisions.
