• Provides funding for travel ($140,000), commodities ($75,000), printing ($40,000), equipment ($5,000), electronic data processing ($163,000), telecommunications ($400,000), and repairs and maintenance ($32,000)

• Appropriates $70,000 for expenses related to ethnic celebrations, special receptions, and other events
