Appropriates $2,242,700 from General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Human Rights Commission for ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009.

General Revenue Fund allocation includes: $1,676,000 for personal services, $190,200 for state retirement contributions, $128,300 for Social Security, $160,000 for contractual services, and $12,000-$23,600 for travel, commodities, printing, equipment, data processing, and telecommunications.

Appropriates $100,000 from the Special Projects Division Fund for costs related to processing and adjudicating cases under Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development contracts.

Total appropriation to the Human Rights Commission is $2,342,700.

Effective date is July 1, 2009.
