Appropriates $130,885,500 total for the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009, consisting of $3,652,500 in General Funds, $11,833,000 in Other State Funds, and $115,400,000 in Federal Funds.

Allocates $2,352,500 from General Revenue Fund for Authority operations including personal services ($1,450,000), employee retirement and Social Security contributions, contractual services, travel, commodities, printing, equipment, data processing, telecommunications, and vehicle operation.

Appropriates $40,000,000 from Criminal Justice Trust Fund for awards and grants to local governments and non-profit organizations.

Appropriates $66,300,000 in additional funds from Criminal Justice Trust Fund for Crime Victims Assistance ($1,400,000), Violence Against Women ($4,000,000), and Byrne/JAG awards and grants ($46,000,000) pursuant to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

Appropriates $6,933,000 from Motor Vehicle Theft Prevention Trust Fund and $4,500,000 from Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant Trust Fund for awards, grants, and operational support to implement respective prevention and accountability programs.
