Appropriates $2,524,100 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund for the Property Tax Appeal Board's ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year 2009-2010.

Allocates $1,567,000 for personal services, the largest budget category for the agency.

Provides funding for employee benefits including $177,900 for state retirement contributions, $119,900 for Social Security, and $413,400 for group insurance.

Includes $57,900 for costs associated with the appeal process and reestablishment of a Cook County office.

Takes effect July 1, 2009.
