• Appropriates $43,694,300 total to the Board of Higher Education for fiscal year ending June 30, 2010, comprising $32,344,300 in General Funds, $5,850,000 in Other State Funds, and $5,500,000 in Federal Funds.

• Allocates $2,976,000 from General Revenue Fund for BHE ordinary and contingent expenses including personnel services ($2,240,800), contractual services ($568,500), and other operational costs.
