Appropriates $299,663,500 total for the State Universities Retirement System's ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009: $124,609,500 from General Funds and $175,054,000 from Other State Funds.

Appropriates $4,059,500 from the Education Assistance Fund to the State Universities Retirement System for deposit into the Community College Health Insurance Security Fund as the State's required contribution.

Appropriates $175,054,000 from the State Pensions Fund to the Board of Trustees of the State Universities Retirement System of Illinois, minus amounts transferred under continuing appropriation.

Appropriates $120,550,000 from the Education Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of the State Universities Retirement System for the State's contribution as provided by law.

Takes effect July 1, 2009.
