Appropriates $40,864,200 from General Funds for ordinary and contingent expenses of the State Employees' Retirement System for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009.

Allocates $115,700 for State Employees' Retirement System operations, including $73,500 for personal services, $25,000 for contractual services, and $8,400 for state contributions to the retirement system.

Appropriates $23,500 from General Revenue Fund for employee retirement contributions paid by employer for prior fiscal year.

Appropriates $37,925,000 from General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of the Judges' Retirement System for the state's contribution.

Appropriates $2,800,000 from General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of the General Assembly Retirement System for the state's contribution.
