Appropriates $38,260,300 from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of Chicago State University for ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2010, including personal services ($34,338,700), group insurance ($1,003,300), and contractual services ($1,952,400).

Appropriates $400,000 from the General Revenue Fund for collaboration projects to improve student retention and graduation rates at Chicago State University.

Appropriates $614,000 from the General Professions Dedicated Fund for development, support, and administration of pharmacy practice education and training programs.

Appropriates $3,451,700 for personal services under Title XIV of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

Appropriates $419,600 for personal services under Title XIV (Other Government Services) of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, with an effective date of July 1, 2009.
