Appropriates $8,218,400 total to the Illinois Department of Labor for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009, comprised of $6,318,400 in General Funds, $400,000 in Other State Funds, and $1,500,000 in Federal Funds.

Allocates $1,990,700 for General Office operations including personal services ($1,303,000), retirement and Social Security contributions, contractual services, travel, and telecommunications.

Allocates $1,276,500 for Public Safety division with personal services of $949,400 and related employee benefits and operational expenses.

Allocates $2,791,700 for Fair Labor Standards enforcement payable from General Revenue Fund plus $400,000 from the Child Labor and Day and Temporary Labor Services Enforcement Fund.

Appropriates $259,500 for costs associated with promoting and enforcing the Equal Pay Act and Victims Economic Security and Safety Act, and $1,500,000 from the Department of Labor Federal Trust Fund for occupational safety and health administration state program costs.
