Appropriates $25,986,100 from the General Revenue Fund to Governors State University for ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2010, including $22,091,200 for personal services, $3,050,000 for contractual services, and other operational costs.

Appropriates an additional $2,338,300 from the General Revenue Fund for personal services under Title XIV (education stabilization) of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

Appropriates an additional $283,200 from the General Revenue Fund for personal services under Title XIV (Other Government Services) of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

Total appropriation to Governors State University reaches $28,607,600 when combining all funding sources.

Effective date is July 1, 2009.
