Appropriates $8,225,672 from the General Revenue Fund to the Auditor General for ordinary and contingent expenses of the Office, including personal services, travel, equipment, and telecommunications.

Personal services allocation of $4,999,687 for regular positions plus $1,418,761 for state retirement contributions and $383,424 for Social Security.

Appropriates $22,339,103 from the Audit Expense Fund for audits, studies, and investigations.

Effective July 1, 2009.
