Creates a Tourism Task Force composed of 19 voting members appointed by the Governor, legislative leaders, and private sector representatives, plus 11 ex-officio members from state agencies and authorities.

Task Force chair appointed by the Governor; other voting members represent lodging, restaurants, convention bureaus, wineries, gaming, parks, agri-tourism, bed and breakfasts, campgrounds, tourism marketing, and motorcoach industries.

Requires the Task Force to review all state policies and programs affecting tourism, provide recommendations to the General Assembly and Governor on expanding or consolidating tourism programs, and file annual reports on findings.

Voting members serve 2-year terms with initial staggered appointments; members serve without compensation but receive expense reimbursement.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
