Appropriates $759,246,200 from the General Revenue Fund to the University of Illinois Board of Trustees for ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2011.

Appropriates $2,445,500 from the Fire Prevention Fund to maintain the Illinois Fire Service Institute and pay related expenses and personal services.

Appropriates $250,000 from the State College and University Trust Fund for scholarship grant awards in accordance with Public Act 91-0083.

Appropriates funds from specialized sources for specific purposes: $200,000 from Emergency Public Health Fund for mosquito abatement, $200,000 from Used Tire Management Fund for mosquito research, $425,000 from Hazardous Waste Research Fund for general expenses, and $1,000,000 from General Professions Dedicated Fund for pharmacy practice education at the College of Medicine in Rockford.

Reappropriates $3,125,408 from the Capital Development Fund for Department of Natural Resources space needs and facilities on the University of Illinois Champaign campus, including construction and renovation costs.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
