Appropriates $4,705,100 total to the Office of the Governor for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010: $4,605,100 from General Revenue Fund and $100,000 from Governor's Grant Fund.

General Revenue Fund allocation includes $2,931,000 for personal services, $680,000 for contractual services, $300,000 for telecommunications, $228,800 for social security contributions, and $200,000 for electronic data processing.

Additional General Revenue allocations include $100,300 for travel, $70,000 for commodities, $50,000 for ethnic celebrations and special events, $25,000 for printing, and $20,000 for repairs and maintenance.

Governor's Grant Fund appropriation of $100,000 must be expended according to the terms and conditions of receipt and in exercise of the Governor's powers and duties.

Act takes effect July 1, 2010.
