Appropriates $92,500 in General Funds for ordinary and contingent expenses of the State Employees' Retirement System for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010.

Allocates $84,500 for operations under the Social Security Enabling Act, including personal services ($53,200), state Social Security contributions ($4,100), contractual services ($25,000), travel ($1,200), and miscellaneous operational costs.

Appropriates $8,000 from General Revenue Fund for employee retirement contributions paid by employer for prior fiscal year.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
