Appropriates $219,563,500 from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University for ordinary and contingent expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011.

Allocates funds for personal services ($195,604,200), Social Security and Medicare contributions ($2,197,300), group insurance ($3,433,700), contractual services ($12,866,800), and other operational expenses including travel, commodities, equipment, and telecommunications.

Appropriates $1,250,000 from the General Professions Dedicated Fund for development, support, and administration of pharmacy practice education and training programs at the Edwardsville campus.

Total appropriation of $220,813,500 across both funding sources.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
