Allocates $3,571,900 in grants including $2,131,900 for Chicago Fire Department Training Program, $950,000 for local governmental agencies, and $475,000 for regional training grants

Appropriates funds for specific programs including $780,900 for public safety shared services center, $225,000 for Illinois Firefighters' Memorial, $1,787,000 for Underground Storage Tank Program, and smaller amounts for fire prevention training, arson education, and new fire chiefs training
