Appropriates $39,485,600 from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of Chicago State University for ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2011.

Personal Services funding of $35,079,400 covers salaries and accrued unpaid compensation for academic personnel during the 2010-2011 academic year.

Additional General Revenue Fund allocations include $960,100 for Group Insurance, $2,369,100 for Contractual Services, $394,700 for Social Security and Medicare contributions, and smaller amounts for travel, equipment, and telecommunications.

Appropriates $307,000 from the General Professions Dedicated Fund for costs associated with development, support, and administration of pharmacy practice education and training programs.

Effective date is July 1, 2010.
