Appropriates $47,413,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of Eastern Illinois University for fiscal year ending June 30, 2011.

Allocates funding for personal services ($45,444,000), contractual services ($937,600), commodities ($281,300), equipment ($468,800), and telecommunications services ($281,300).

Appropriates $4,250 from the State College and University Trust Fund for scholarship grant awards in accordance with Public Act 91-0083.

Total appropriation of $47,417,250 for ordinary and contingent expenses of Eastern Illinois University.

Effective date is July 1, 2010.
