Appropriates $137,359,400 from Other State Funds to the Illinois Gaming Board for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010.

Allocates $137,041,200 from the State Gaming Fund for operational expenses including $9,381,400 for personal services, $2,838,600 for state retirement contributions, and $1,783,500 for group insurance.

Provides $90,000,000 for distributions to local governments for admissions and wagering tax, including prior year costs.

Allocates $16,500,000 for expenses related to the Illinois State Police and $14,000,000 for implementation and administration of the Video Gaming Act.

Appropriates an additional $318,200 from the State Gaming Fund for costs related to a Government Services Shared Services Center.
