Appropriates $1,338,100 from General Funds to the Prisoner Review Board for fiscal year ending June 30, 2011, including personal services ($932,600), social security contributions ($71,300), contractual services ($209,500), travel ($74,000), and other operational expenses.

Allocates $200,000 from the Prisoner Review Board Vehicle and Equipment Fund for purchase and operation of vehicles and equipment.

Total appropriation of $1,538,100 for ordinary and contingent expenses of the Prisoner Review Board.

Effective date is July 1, 2010.
