Appropriates $1,827,300 from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Human Rights Commission for ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010

Allocates General Revenue Fund resources as follows: Personal Services ($1,528,000), State Contributions to Social Security ($117,000), Contractual Services ($120,000), Telecommunications Services ($13,600), Printing ($14,000), Equipment ($11,200), Travel ($6,500), Electronic Data Processing ($7,000), and Commodities ($10,000)

Appropriates $100,000 from the Special Projects Division Fund to the Human Rights Commission for costs associated with processing and adjudicating cases under Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development contracts

Total appropriation amounts to $1,927,300 combining General Revenue Funds and Federal Funds

Becomes effective July 1, 2010
