Appropriates $121,777,800 total for the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010, consisting of $2,524,600 in General Funds, $7,353,200 in Other State Funds, and $111,900,000 in Federal Funds

Allocates $1,874,600 from General Revenue Fund for operations including personal services ($1,213,800), contractual services ($405,000), electronic data processing ($90,000), and other administrative expenses

Appropriates $40,000,000 from Criminal Justice Trust Fund for awards and grants to local units of government and non-profit organizations

Provides federal funding allocations under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 for Crime Victims Assistance ($500,000), Violence Against Women ($4,600,000), and Byrne/JAG programs ($23,000,000 for local and $15,000,000 for state agencies)

Takes effect July 1, 2010
