Appropriates $9,897,100 from the General Revenue Fund to the Guardianship and Advocacy Commission for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010.

Allocates $187,700 from the Guardianship and Advocacy Fund for services under Section 5 of the Guardianship and Advocacy Act.

General Revenue Fund expenditures include: Personal Services ($8,341,000), State Contributions to Social Security ($638,100), Contractual Services ($354,200), Travel ($175,000), and various other operational expenses.

Total appropriation to the Guardianship and Advocacy Commission is $10,084,800 combining both fund sources.

Act takes effect July 1, 2010.
