Appropriates $671,900 from the General Revenue Fund to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Commission for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010, allocated for personal services ($473,900), social security contributions ($36,300), contractual services ($91,500), travel ($18,400), commodities ($5,000), printing ($500), equipment ($3,800), telecommunications ($16,200), automotive operation ($7,900), and commission operations ($18,400).

Appropriates $150,000 from the Interpreters for the Deaf Fund to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Commission for administration and enforcement of the Interpreter for the Deaf Licensure Act of 2007.

Total appropriation of $821,900 across both fund sources.

Effective date is July 1, 2010.
