Extends the Parents and Community Accountability Study Committee created by Senate Joint Resolution 5 during the 96th General Assembly to allow more time to complete its work.

Committee must submit its final report before December 31, 2010.

Committee continues to operate under the terms of its original authorizing resolution, examining racial and socioeconomic disparities affecting youth development and ways to engage parents and communities in supporting children and families.
