Recognizes Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., founded January 9, 1914 at Howard University by A. Langston Taylor, Leonard F. Morse, and Charles I. Brown.

Recognizes Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., founded January 16, 1920 at Howard University by Arizona Cleaver Stemons, Pearl A. Neal, Myrtle Tyler Faithful, Viola Tyler Goings, and Fannie Pettie Watts.

Notes both organizations are the only historically Greek-lettered organizations in the National Pan-Hellenic Council that are constitutionally bound together.

Acknowledges the organizations' community partnerships with March of Dimes, American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Research, NAACP, and Urban League.
