Illinois Senate expresses condolences on the death of Lieutenant Randall R. Kramp of the Aurora Fire Department.

Kramp graduated from East Aurora High School in 1985 and Lewis University in 1990; joined the Aurora Fire Department in 1994 and served as a paramedic and member of the Scuba Rescue Team.

Kramp was an Eagle Scout, earned a private pilot's license, and was active in St. Rita of Cascia Church, the Phoenix Club, and Aurora Firefighters Local 99.

Kramp married Ruth Stammer on April 6, 2002 and was preceded in death by his father Ralph Kramp and nephew Christopher Hankes.

Senate directs that a copy of this resolution be presented to Randall Kramp's family as a symbol of sincere sympathy.
