Honors Calista Wehrli of Naperville, who died on September 6, 2010, at age 85.

Recognizes her service as a United States Marine Corps Women's Reserve member beginning in 1945, where she organized sports programs at Camp Lejeune and Parris Island.

Commends her heroic actions during the 1946 Naperville train collision that killed 47 people, working 8 hours rescuing victims and later receiving recognition from President Harry Truman.
