Honors Samuel G. Mancuso, who died on October 19, 2010, at age 61.

Mancuso served as President and CEO of United Cerebral Palsy Illinois Prairieland since 2003 and taught at Joliet Junior College and University of Saint Francis.

Held leadership positions with the Joliet Rotary Club, American Lung Association of Northern Illinois, Provena St. Joseph Medical Center Foundation, and Joliet Catholic Academy.

Survived by three children (Vanessa, Joshua, and Andrew), one grandson, and extended family members.

Illinois Senate expresses sympathy to Mancuso's family and directs presentation of a memorial copy to his family.
