Expresses the Illinois Senate's condolences on the death of Ralph S. Larson of Hinsdale, who passed away on October 7, 2010.

Honors Larson's 38-year career as an educator in the Hinsdale elementary school district, where he taught junior high woodshop and physical education, served as a counselor, and was principal of Prospect Elementary and Hinsdale Junior High School for over 25 years.

Recognizes his community involvement after retiring in 1985, including membership in Lake Mills United Methodist Church, Rotary Club (Paul Harris Fellow), Fort Atkinson Memorial Hospital volunteer work, and service as board president of Jefferson County Habitat for Humanity.

Survives with his wife Norma (married August 19, 1950), three sons, eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and other family members.

Directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to Larson's family as a symbol of the Senate's sympathy.
