William L. O. Kline of Waukegan passed away on November 13, 2010, and the Illinois Senate expresses condolences to his family and friends.

Born July 6, 1952 in Lake Forest, he was married 30 years to his wife Terry (nee Nitsche).

Worked as a security officer at St. Therese Medical Center from 1972 to 2004 and at Sheridan Health Care Center from 2005 to 2010; attended North Chicago Community High School.

Survived by his wife Terry; five siblings (Raymond Jr., Martha "Bea" Hogan, Frances "Fran" Valdez, Robert "Bob" Sr., Donald "Donnie" Kline, and Patricia "Pat" Leckman); and many nieces and nephews.

The Illinois Senate directs that a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to William Kline's family as a symbol of sincere sympathy.
