Appropriates $24,021,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Central Management Services for Group Insurance

Appropriates $95,740,100 from the Group Insurance Premium Fund to the Department of Central Management Services for life insurance coverage and cost containment expenses under the State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971

Appropriates $27,910,900 from the Health Insurance Reserve Fund to the Department of Central Management Services for health care coverage and cost containment expenses under the State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971

Takes effect July 1, 2011
