Amends the Fire Investigation Act to prohibit the Office of the State Fire Marshal from adopting rules that apply Section 904.11 ("Commercial Cooking Systems") of NFPA 101 Life Safety Code to cooking systems operated for non-commercial purposes by non-profit or religious corporations.

Voids any existing rules as of the effective date that apply commercial cooking system provisions to non-commercial cooking systems operated by non-profit or religious corporations.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
