Authorizes removal of properties from the public list upon Department of State Police confirmation that contamination has been properly remediated or meets decontamination standards without remediation.

Prohibits property owners, landlords, and real estate agents from being required to disclose past methamphetamine contamination once a property is removed from the Department's list.

Authorizes the Department of State Police to adopt rules establishing documentation requirements from certified contractors for remediation verification.
