Amends the Code of Civil Procedure Section 12-1001 to add federal disability benefits for veterans as exempt personal property.

Any federal disability benefit awarded to a veteran for a service-connected disability under Chapter 11 of Title 38 of the United States Code is exempt from creditor claims, judgments, attachments, levies, seizures, and distress for rent.

The exemption applies in addition to existing personal property exemptions listed in the statute, including social security benefits, unemployment compensation, and other veteran's benefits.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
